Beautiful mountain home with gorgeous views of Breckenridge ski resort peaks. Our home is situated on a 2 acre lot that backs to the wide open National Forest land. You can step outside our door and find miles of hiking, and cross country ski trails. This 2000 sq ft. home has 3 bedrooms and an additional 500 sq ft loft that sleeps 5-10 people. Our fabulous custom fire place will wow you as you sit in our large living room gazing at the awesome view. The lower walk-out level includes a bedroom, bathroom and large rec room with a Foosball table and flat screen TV w/ Wii system. In the summer, you can spend time on our expansive wrap around deck where you can enjoy the incredible mountain views, wild flowers or a possible moose or fox sighting. For entertaining, we have a BBQ grill, picnic table, horseshoe pit, and a custom-built fire pit for roasting hot dogs and s'mores. We also have a stand alone playhouse that your kids will just love! Come experience Colorado mountain living at its best!

Historic Breckenridge has the casual mountain charm that is so inviting with plenty of restaurants and shopping. As a original mining town, it has become a world class destination for both winter and summer holidays. Breckenridge Ski Resort is home to some of the best skiing in the world and hosts multiple world ski and snow boarding competitions. You can also enjoy snowmobiling, dog sledding, Nordic ski tours, and winter dinner sleigh rides. Summer in Breck is equally as fun. There are 5 first class golf courses located within 30 minutes of town. The ski resort transforms itself into a summer fun center that will keep both kids and adults entertained for hours, including an alpine slide and mountain roller coaster. Within minutes of town you will find some of the country's best fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing and river rafting. (www.gobreck.com)
