Notre appartement est un duplex très calme et ensoleillé au fond d’une allée privée pleine de charme, au dernier étage, avec une terrasse de 45m² pour les beaux jours et une cheminée pour l’hiver

Our flat is located in a very charming private alley, near 3 different tube (subway) stations that can take you anywhere in Paris. In our street (rue du commerce) there are many shops (fashion & fine food boutiques...) and nearby, the very new Beaugrenelle mall . Our house was freshly redecorated as we mooved in a few years ago. With its indoor fireplace,its lovely sunny terrace,and its air conditioning,in winter or in summer it is nice to stay in.
At the upper floor,a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, at the lower floor, 2 bedrooms for children with bunk beds, a 2d bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, perfect for a couple or for a family with 2 teenagers, but is not siutable for young children,babies,or desabled persons.
It's a non smoking house.

Our flat is situated near the Eiffel Tower, and the Seine river. It's near subway stations that take you anywhere in Paris. In our street there are many shops (food, fashion...) and nearby, the very new Beaugrenelle mall, that opened a month ago, with all the famous top brands boutiques. Every sunday and wenesday there is a farmer's market at 2mn walk. You will also find short terms rental bikes (Velib), and cars (Autolib) in our street, rue du commerce.
