After renovating for almost one year, our home is the fulfilment of our dreams. A place for our kids to grow up with lots of space in a safe environment. It is inside a gated community with over 60 houses. It has an indoor pool (not heated but warm enough most of the year), 4 bedrooms and a big garden. If you like jogging, within 2km 1,5mi) you are on the seaside. Ou house has 380m2 and we have an additional garden of 450m2 just next to it, where we spend time relaxing and taking care of the garden. If you intend to visit in winter time, we have a fireplace that makes the space more cosy.

Located on the most beautiful island in Brazil, with the highest HDI in the country, with more than 40 beaches, our home is very well located if you want to enjoy the beaches and culture. You will need a car for most activities, but you can reach almost anything within few minutes, be it the city market, the beautiful beaches of Jurere and Cacupé, or Primavera Garden, the place with the coolest restaurants in town. We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, French and a bit of Italian.
