It's a duplex penthouse with four bedrooms and a private social area with a fantastic sea view terrace! On the lower floor, we have a master suite with a queen size bed, closet, TV, and an incredible view of the sea. Two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds share the bathroom. And another suite with a double bed and closet. All rooms have air conditioning. Upstairs we have a living room and a gourmet kitchen, with air conditioning and satellite TV, in addition to a barbecue and a large terrace with a table and armchairs that are an invitation to enjoy the view of "Ponta das Canas" beach with its fantastic sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms will be prepared with bed linen and towels, so you don't have to worry. In addition to the beautiful apartment, you will have access to the condominium's common area with huts and sun loungers facing the beach. Oh! The building does not have an elevator, and you will need to access four flights of stairs.
