o que você amará nesta casa

Peaceful family house. Modern, minimalistic, built 2014. We moved in 2,5 years ago. We fell for the beautiful view over the fjord and mountains from the second floor where the ceiling is high and space is airy. There are big windows that let in a lot of daylight. There is a private garden and terrace and a big trampoline. In one part of the garden we grow some vegetables and berries. In the summer we love to relax on the lounge sofa outside or barbecue. Upstairs there is a balcony outside the main bedroom. Here it is nice to take the morning coffee. There is central heating, but on cold days we find it cosy to use the fireplace.

O que vai adorar na vizinhança

We live just outside the center of Stavanger which you can reach by bicycle 10 minutes or bus and car 5 minutes. We love that we live in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. It is close to "Vannassen", a lake and park/woods just 5 minutes walk, here one can go for a stroll, watch the birds or go jogging. Even behind our house there is a tiny lake where it is nice to take a seat on a bench in the evening. There is also a playground, zip line and climbing web for the kids. All shops are within 1 km, even a shopping center. There are 2 bus stops close to us (500m) with buses to the center of Stavanger or to Sandnes, the neighbour city. The beaches of Godalen or Vaulen are also very attractive and only 10 minutes away by bicycle. We live just 500 m from Sørmarka Arena which is a skating hall in winter and climbing wall all year. It takes 12 minutes by car from the airport to our house. There are numerous larger sandy beaches a little further away at Jæren (20-45 minutes by car) which are great for surfing. The Prekestolen hike is also a great destination nearby.
