I am an Airbnb Superhost and I use Home Exchange to primarily fill last minute cancelations or off-season periods (May-June and Oct-Nov). I HAVE NO AVAILABLE DATES DEC-MAR 2023. This apartment / condo accommodates 4 people maximum in 2 queen/double beds. Pets are welcome with no additional pet fees. We also have COMPLEMENTARY Internet, cable TV, parking and coffee and tea. It is 2 miles/3 km away from Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort (Eagle Lodge) and 40 miles/64 km from the East Entrance of Yosemite. The FREE shuttle to/from Eagle Lodge is right outside the condo. Mammoth is a 45 minute drive to the eastern gate of Yosemite National Park via Tioga Pass State Highway 120 (Closed December-May). The Valley Floor is another 1.45 hrs. with many spectacular sites to see along the way - Olmsted Point, Tenaya Lake and Lembert Dome and Tuolumne Meadows. Eerily beautiful Mono Lake is located 30 minutes north of Mammoth Lakes and Bodie Ghost Town is located 1 hour and 15 minutes north of Mammoth Lakes just off U.S. Hwy 395.

-I usually accept exchanges in the off-season (May-June and Oct-Nov) but I may consider exchanges during peak periods for higher guest points. -$75 US for the cleaning fee must to be paid before check-in. -If you cancel and I am not able to re-rent for the entire length of your stay, your cleaning fee will not be refunded. -If you cancel, your guest points will not be returned. This is not a shared apartment. You will have the entire apartment/condo to yourself. After we finalize the exchange, you will be given detailed arrival instructions. Arrival time is 4 PM (or later) and departure time is 11 AM (or before) to allow for cleaning in between guests.
