I live in a small community 15 minutes from the counties largest town. Two miles from the beach and a close drive to many beautiful hiking and biking spots.

Our home is a beautiful sunny house with a large fenced backyard with views of the forest. It's close to the beach, hiking, redwood forests and many cute communities with pleasant old town/down town regions to shop, eat, and check out local artists. The house has four bedrooms plus an office that could easily be used as a fifth bedroom with an aero bed. Large and open great room including a lovely kitchen and island. Perfect for small to midsize family get togethers.
