Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

You will have a nice comfortable room with adjustable bed, TV, and folding desk to yourself. We have a few bikes for you to use if you choose. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The green belt bike path is one block away and a very nice ride thru parks to downtown or the UCDavis campus (2 miles) The rest of the home is shared with myself, my 88 year old step dad, my sons (young men) one of which is handicap and in a wheelchair, our very friendly little French Bulldog, cat and 2 birds. We are a very respectful, clean and fairly quiet family. We are happy to host you and to interact or to leave you to yourself. The room and house has most everything you might need.

Davis boasts more than 50 miles of bicycle paths and more bicycles per capita than any other city in the nation. There is a playground at the end of the street and Northstar Park and nature trail across the street which is a great place to bike, skate, picnic, play sports, birdwatch, etc. There is a wonderful and popular farmers market on Saturdays and Wednesdays with fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, good food, music, and art. Downtown there are many restaurants, shops and a movie theaters.
