My condominium is Mediterranean style with Mexican touches. It has marble floors and tile surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is considered fully equipped. In addition to the listed appliances there are beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is also a hair dryer. There are 6 condominiums in the building and my condominium is on the 3rd floor. Access to my condo is via the stairwell, there is no elevator. There are views of the Bay of Banderas from the terrace and whales can be seen from the beginning of December through the end of March. The maximum no of guests is 4. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Bucerias has a population of about 17,000 but that increases significantly with an influx of snowbirds between December and April. My condo is located in the Zona Dorada which is the golden zone of Bucerias. It is regarded as the nicest residential area in the town. It is 3 blocks from a nice sandy beach, close to public transport and it is possible to walk to approximately 100 bars and restaurants from the condo. Activities available in the area are beach walking, sailing, sports fishing, sightseeing, hiking, biking, art galleries, shopping. It is 20 minutes drive from Puerto Vallarta airport.

There is maid service once a week on Mondays. Angelica will clean everything and change the sheets and towels. It is necessary to lock the security gates when entering and leaving the building and property. There is a restrictive covenant on the property that forbid the entry of animals so no pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, that includes indoors and outdoors. The smoking ban includes the pool area and the car park.
