Enjoy your Los Angeles stay in the stylish comfort of our charming 1930 Spanish style home,
featuring original architectural elements such as a beamed living room ceiling, terra cotta roof
tiles, arched doorways and wood floors. Modern upgrades include central air conditioning, high
speed Wi-Fi and a home theater system in the family room. Front and back gardens welcome
you to relax amidst the roses, fruit trees and water features that attract birds, monarch
butterflies and squirrels.
The colorful, art filled space is perfect for a family or up to three couples. Two bedrooms
feature California King beds and the third has a Queen bed -- with high quality mattresses. All
rooms feature beautiful views of the garden and/or skyline. The upstairs primary bedroom
features an en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The other two bedrooms each
have their own adjacent bathrooms.
The high ceilinged open beam living room is designed for relaxation, listening to music and
socializing. The gas-fired wood burning fireplace provides warmth on cold winter nights. The
family room -- open to the kitchen and eating area -- is the perfect setting for games and
entertainment, featuring a 55” OLED TV and home theater system. There are also televisions in
all bedrooms and the kitchen.
The open plan kitchen features a quality vintage cooking range, dishwasher and microwave, as
well as high quality small appliances – Gaggia automatic cappuccino maker, Technivorm
Moccamaster drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender and food processor.
High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the backyard.
The Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a laundry closet.
Central heating and air conditioning provides two separate zones – one for the main floor and
one for upstairs.
Our gardens are filled with fruit trees, roses and other fragrant flowers, depending on the
season. The back yard includes a conversational area with a propane firepit, chaise lounges for
relaxing or reading in the sunshine, and an outdoor dining table beneath a mature olive tree for
entertaining. Another table in the front courtyard allows you to take in the neighborhood and
lights of Century City . Four umbrellas provide shade on warm sunny days.
Two of the bedrooms offer office workspace as well.

email a PDF copy in advance of your arrival, if requested.

Your vacation house is nestled in an historic, tranquil West L.A. neighborhood in close proximity
to many of the finest cultural, recreational and educational destinations. Walk to restaurants
and coffee houses, theaters, parks, golf courses, tennis courts and shops.
Century City, Cheviot Hills Rec Center and Fox Studios are all within a one mile walk, The trendy, pedestrian friendly
Sawtelle restaurant district is less than two miles away. UCLA, Beverly Hills and Culver City are
2.5 miles away and the Santa Monica Beach a short 10-15 minute drive. If you choose not to
drive, Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus is two blocks away and the Expo Light Rail Line is within easy
walking distance.
Our goal is to provide guests with a level of comfort, visual pleasure and tranquility we seek
when we travel.
