Welcome to our brand new 3bed/3bth home in the heart of Aldea Zama, Tulum. Our home is on a Culdaseq that’s walking distance to shops and cafes. It contains a beautiful outdoor lap pool, with an indoor-outdoor living room/kitchen, rooftop access of the jungle views, that’s minutes or biking distance from the Mayan Ruins, Beach and downtown Tulum. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, washing machine, A.C., T.V.s and peaceful jungle views. Our home is decorated with care and every item is brand new so it’s important for us to find people who will care for things as we would. ***Please note that we have construction next door. Not too loud but I do want to mention it.*** We also will not be booking anything from Oct-Feb as we rent out the home.

Aldea Zama is a master community and the best neighborhood in Tulum with a lot of expats. Safe, has several different restaurants, stores and playgrounds for the kids. It’s a quick bike ride or 5min taxi ride to the beach. Our home is also on a Culdaseq which makes is quiet and peacefully while still being pretty close to the action.

No smoking or animals on the property please. We also are asking for a $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. We prefer to only host people who can stay for 5+ nights.
