Our home is a beautiful, newly constructed (2018) house in the quaint walkable town of Santa Margarita, California. It features three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, laundry room and spacious backyard, with grill. Each bedroom is cozy, clean and has luxurious, environmental Avocado mattresses. Two Adirondack chairs on our front patio are the perfect spot to enjoy the warm California sun while you sip your morning coffee or evening happy hour glass of wine. Our back yard is grassy, and green with nice shady spots to have lunch or dinner with family. Enjoy sun bathing on our chez lounge chairs or curling up on our outside couch with a good book and cup of tea after exploring the amazing central coast of California.

We are located down a quiet easement that offers a serene and peaceful environment. Walking distance from our home is the restaurant The Range, which in voted best restaurant in the SLO county for many years. You can also walk to Ancient Peaks winery and tasting room for a delicious lunch and wine tasting. Only eight miles South on the 101 is the picturesque and lively town of San Luis Obispo known for its great restaurants, arts, the historic Mission, and breathtaking hiking. Our guests have fallen in love with this area over and over again for it's rejuvenating feel, clear night skies for star gazing, world class wine and so many stunning areas to explore.
