Our home is a few blocks from a State Park that has panoramic views of the ocean. It is also a ten-minute walk to the bay, downtown Morro Bay and a movie theater. Our home has a large master bedroom, a good-sized second bedroom, and a large living room and kitchen. There is a vegetable garden in the front yard and a hot tub in the back.

Our home is walking distance from the center of a scenic seaside town. Local attractions include the natural beauty of the State Park, boating on the bay, or visiting the beach.

Morro Bay is a small city of 10,000 residents. There are many nice restaurants and lots of shopping on the beach front street called the Embarcadero. We also enjoy two beaches, one on either side of the large rock the town is famous for. If you love nature, you can hike easy trails around the marsh near the Bayside Cafe, up Black Hill in the State Park and along the rookery where herons, cormorants and egrets nest. Every year in January we offer a famous bird festival full of lectures, hikes and boat rides to view the many kinds of birds that live and migrate here. San Luis Obispo, a college town of over 40,000 people, is only 15 min. away with plays, movies on and musical performances. The beautiful park in Los Osos called Montana de Oro, which has tons of trails and views of the ocean, is also just 15 min away. Cayucos, a very small beach town, only 10 min north of Morro Bay, is also a very charming place to visit.
