We offer our charming and spacious house with a large garden with a lot of plants, and trees and birds, and a nice swimming pool.
In the downstairs there are 2 lovely bedrooms and and one bathroom, a large open living area with kitchen and dining area with garden and swimming pool views.
Upstairs you will find the big masters bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. It opens towards a beautiful balcony.
There is one parking on the property outside the gate, and one parking inside the gate.

We are located in Tulum, Mexico, a new neighbourhood halfway between Tulum downtown to the beach.
Tulum is a 90 minutes drive away from the international airport of Cancun. It can easily be reached by bus, but a rental car is recommended.
The neighbourhood we are in is called Region 15 (La Veleta). It is just 2 kilometers away from the beautiful caribbean sea to the south and lovely downtown Tulum to the north.
This neighbourhood used to be just forest, and although since 5 years it is being urbanized, we are still surrounded by lush nature and a lot of green.
We are next to a new very appealing villa complex so you will feel safe and you will be able to enjoy privacy in our property.

Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
Unser Haus liegt in einer sehr gefragten Gegend im südlichen Teil von Tulum auf halbem Weg zum Strand, namens Region 15 (La Veleta). Sowohl der wunderschöne Strand als auch der Ortskern sind schnell per Auto und auch Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Unser direkter Nachbar ist eine neue sehr ansprechende Hotel-Villen-Anlage (´Atman Residences´ zum Googlen), dadurch fühlt sich der Block urban und sicher an, auch wenn der Stadtteil noch sehr durch den ursprünglichen Dschungel geprägt ist.
Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich liegen im Erdgeschoss. Wohnzimmer und Küche haben einen Blick in den Garten und das Schwimmbad. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, und öffnen sich zum Balkon.
Das Grundstück ist 500 m2 groß und nach allen Seiten abgesichert, so dass eine angenehme Privatsphäre vorhanden ist.
