Completely remodeled modern house. Inside is open with high ceilings and 8' sliding doors out to the back yard which has a pool and BBQ Island (pizza oven, BBQ, fridge and counter w 4 stools), bocce court and large pergola (dining table w heat lamp and built in fire pit) . Flat lot. Huge chef's kitchen with 48" Thermador gas range and 48" SubZero fridge. Counter seats 4. Dining room with table seats 6 easily. Family room with flat screen and 8' tall Nana wall doors to pool. Living room with flat screen and gas fireplace and 8' Nanawall doors to pool. Pool with full pool bath. Two driveways have ample parking for 8 cars. One bedroom with full bath downstairs. Full gym with stair master, Nordictrack cycle, treadmill, free weights, squat rack and universal gym and flat screen TV. And full bath with steam shower. Upstairs has master with king bed and glass wall looking at Mt Tam. Deck overlooking pool. Master bath has tub, large shower and double sink vanity. Two additional bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower and double vanity sinks (one has a king bed the other is set up as a massage room with a massage table and massage chair. And deck off both bedrooms. Backyard gets lots of sun, which is why there are chaise lounges umbrellas and built in cabana. House is $6-7M **for some reason the algorithm has very low guest points.
