Perched on a gorgeous hilltop with 365 degree views of Paso Robles wine country this incredibly stylish, custom and newly built home with a hot tub offers stunning views, countless amenities and is centrally located to all the epic Central Coast points of interest! Upon entering the cottage guests will find a lush interior with 10' beamed ceilings, comfortable living room, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, powder room and dining area. On opposing sides of the cottage are two very spacious king suites each with a private full bathroom, floor to ceiling closet, tv, light filtering shades and views from bed that will make you never want to leave. Dine or lounge on the spacious covered front porch for gorgeous vineyard views or move to the back patio for cozy hangs around the fire pit and enjoy expansive views of rolling hills as far as the eye can see. We also have a brand new hot tub tucked into the hillside with plenty of gorgeous rolling hill views!

Paso Robles Wine Country is centrally located between San Francisco and Los Angeles along California’s Central Coast and has more than 200 wineries. More than 60 wine grape varieties are grown in Paso Robles, ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to Syrah, Viognier and Roussanne, to Zinfandel, the area’s heritage wine varietal.
