Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

Mid-century modern, newly remodeled home on West Side of Paso Robles. Its about a 15 minute walk to downtown or a 5 min drive. The home sits on a hill and enjoys sprawling views of Paso Robles from the front area and backs to a green belt. The front yard is newly landscaped with olive trees, solar lights, vibrant plants and a furnished patio including a fire pit, BBQ, and a table that seats 6. The house has an open floor plan with kitchen, dinning and living room area occupying the front of the home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms at the back. There are amazing views from the dinning room. The kitchen is huge and comes stocked with all the essentials. The living room has a gas burning fireplace and large TV that has streaming access. The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress and limited access to hang clothes (very small closet) and no drawer space for clothes. The guest bathroom is spacious and includes two sinks as well as a sizable tub/shower. The office can be converted to a third guest bedroom as needed by use of my queen sized aerobed blow up mattress (it inflates automatically with use of a built in pump). The master has a brand new Purple Hybrid 3 mattress and enjoys views of the green belt. The master has an ensuite full bathroom with two sinks and a very spacious shower with 3 different shower heads to choose from and a nice tiled seat. The master closet is very small and leaves very limited space to hang clothes. The master does not have drawer space for storing clothes. The garage is spacious and very tidy and includes use of a washing machine and dryer as needed. There is one bike that you are free to use. There is also a Peloton bike, foam roller and some free weights that you are welcome to use, I just ask you bring your own clip in shoes.

The west side of Paso Robles is historic and charming. Close to town but still has a nature feel on walks. You will often see deer roaming around. The neighbors are all very friendly. The house sits a top a steep hill that offers amazing views. About a 15 minute walk to downtown or a 5 min bike ride. Downtown is very charming with lots of delicious restaurants, wineries and breweries. If you'd like recommendations just ask! There are also several delivery services that will deliver food to the house including DoorDash and Instacart.
