I’m an artist living in Newport Beach, California. My townhome is in the exclusive gated community of Big Canyon. I am a 5 minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world in Corona Del Mar, California. Newport Beach is also a worldwide destination for shopping and dining. I am 10 minutes from Crystal Cove Beach and The Pelican Hill Resort. I am a 5 minute drive from one of the nicest outdoor shopping malls in the world Fashion Island. My townhome is 1200 ft.² with a large 300 square-foot deck overlooking the golf course. It’s two bedroom two bath. We have a Jacuzzi pool and two tennis courts as part of the community association to which you have access all about 50 feet from my townhome. It’s one of the safest places in California but it is also a gated secure community. I have secure underground parking for two cars. Everything was recently remodeled; it has a modern, beach feel. It’s listed on RedFin for 1.2 million and rents for $4,000 monthly. I always meet people from France in Italy who vacation where I live. I’m a 1 hour drive north to Beverly Hills and 90 minutes south from San Diego. I am 5 minutes from Orange County Airport with direct 5 hour flights to New York City and 90 minutes to San Francisco and elsewhere.
