Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

We are interested in US exchanges due to remote work but we are open to all offers! Our home is a newly remodeled bright and quiet upper unit of a two story house. We have a nice lounge space and a big open kitchen with all the amenities: Ninja Blender, Espresso machine or Mr. Coffee for backup, microwave and toaster. Gas stove, gas oven and dishwasher. Kitchen Island with seating for 2. Our kitchen table provides space for a big party, seating of up to 8 people. You can also enjoy a fresh cup of espresso or a meal on our lovely porch. The big bathroom offers a his and hers sink as well as a big bath tub/shower. Our small bedroom is small but setup with a screen and a projector to watch movies from your computer. The master bedroom is setup with a desk and screen and is a bright open space with access to it's own master bathroom as well as laundry room. We also have a portable AC available for hot summer days. We have our third bedroom setup as an office with a stand up desk and external screen, perfect for remote work or an art project. This is a beautiful and minimalist home, filled with comfortable furniture. Enjoy!

Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. San Rafael is a lively downtown with small mom and pop shops and great food. Every Thursday from June-September downtown San Rafael offers a Dining under the lights event which is a fun experience.
