A peaceful, playful and private paradise, our home sits on two acres of oak woodland. You can enjoy dinner under the wisteria, hot tub under the stars, or enjoy a game of Bocci or horse shoes. Wake up to quiet and listen for the sound of quail and other birds, and look out to see the deer trimming the grass or playing in the yard. We live in a beautiful neighborhood, 1 mile from a small lake and zoo, two miles from shopping and dining. San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay are 15 minutes by car, hundreds of wineries are within 30 minutes, and it is 45 minutes to Hearst Castle and the Big Sur coast. Our single story home is elegant yet comfortable, on a level, accessible lot, where you can view nature from every room.

The custom homes are spread out on 1 1/2-5 acre parcels. There is a two mile walking loop of our neighborhood where friendly neighbors chat and keep up on what’s happening. It is a very friendly and safe place. Our home sits off the road on a private driveway.

We love sharing our special spot with others. One bedroom has a split king bed with large screen TV and en-suite bath. Each of the two other bedrooms have 1 queen size bed and bathroom across the hall. Two large and comfortable single couches are also available. Family and friends are close by that will help with any issues.
