Parker's Place is a 3,000 sq foot Victorian Hilltop Estate, and has one of the best views of San Luis Obispo! 180 degrees of open space and beautiful rolling hills awaits. Watch the morning ocean fog roll over the hills with our complimentary coffee/tea. Come and admire on of a kind antiques, unique furnishings and original oil paintings. Take in the epic views from every room in the house. We also offer the fastest wifi available for remote work, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. Outside is an entertainer's paradise! It offers multiple dining areas. BBQ or make s'mores. Sit on the wrap-around porch with a glass of wine, explore the boutique vineyard, chicken coop, or soak in the hot tub enjoying the sun go down. We also have onsite hiking trails. Main House (Sleeps 10 Max) -Bedroom 1: King Bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa -Bedroom 2: Queen Bed -Bedroom 3: Queen Bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa Notes: 1) Please note there is a flat $250 cleaning fee for our cleaners 2) Your hosts look after the property and live nearby. In general we try to respect your privacy, We have our own gated patio, but we are of course available to help with anything or answer questions. :) 3) Pets: There is outside only ranch cat named Tiki. She is a rescue and very shy. There are chickens in the chicken coop; Pepper, Wonda, Juanita, and Olive.
