Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

Our home is a cute three bedroom two bathroom home. A comfy hammock out front welcomes you. You walk in to the cozy living room. We love reading and have lots of books to read. Down the hall is the kids bedroom with bunkbeds. The master has a new king size tempur pedic mattress and a small bathroom. The second bedroom is a Pilates and movement studio with a state of the art reformer and chair. You're welcome to use it if you are trained on it. And you can use the small props for fitness. We love the way the light shines on the large yard and our kids use the trampoline every day. Our favorite room is the dining room with a large beautiful table to gather around every day. We have been focused on starting our farm, and are now focusing on making our house a home.

We live in a safe neighborhood with THE BEST neighbors. Don't be surprised if homemade treats or bread are dropped off at your door :). Grocery store is walking distance. Many parks are walking distance.

We live in a wonderful college town. Davis is the bicycle capital of the world and a very kid friendly city. We love to ride our bikes to the arboretum, the Saturday farmers market and around the 12 mile loop around town. We have lots of bikes you can use as well as our car. We are in the perfect location to explore California. We are happy to give recommendations for amazing day trips, camping, and the best places to see and explore! Whether you want beaches, wineries, red woods we have some of the worlds most famous within a drive from our home. We've lived here our whole lives :). Tahoe - 2 hours away San Fransisco - 1 hour and 16 minutes away Sacramento - 24 minutes away Big Sur - 3 hours 26 minutes away Disneyland - 6 hours away Famous wine region (Napa and Sonoma) - 50 minutes
