Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

Situated on the Central Coast of California in Atascadero, a great home base for exploring all the area has to offer; Hearst Castle (40 min), Paso Robles wine tasting (15 min), San Luis Obispo (15 min), Morro Bay (15 min), Pismo Beach (40 min) and so much more. Hundreds of wineries are within a 10-30 minute drive. Or if you're up for a hike, there are many trails within a 3-15 minute drive. Our home is situated on a private drive and is nearly 1 acre with great areas to relax under the pergola or near the fire pit. Let the kids run loose in the fully fenced backyard. Gather fresh eggs from the chicken coop. Enjoy an early morning sauna or just lounge in the hammock and enjoy the sunset. If you'd rather stay cozy inside, enjoy Hulu, Netflix, or HBO from the beautiful navy velvet sectional or the many games, and crafts. If reading suits your fancy, explore our large library in the office. Many workout tools are also provided (weights 5-50 lbs, yoga mats, blocks, 2 foam rollers, a calf stretcher, bands, and a stationary bike (please request). In addition, there is a PlayStation available upon request.

Our neighborhood is tranquil and feels remote but is only minutes from the downtown area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. There is no light pollution and you can glimpse the spectacular night sky. You’ll see deer, wild turkeys, and jackrabbits. It's a great spot to unwind and a fabulous home base to return at the end of your fun-filled days.

Our single-story home is open concept with a large living room that is visible from the kitchen island and the front office/4th bedroom. The dining room can seat up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a queen platform bed and an en suite bathroom with a newly renovated shower. The second bedroom has a full daybed and plenty of space for additional sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom has an extra-long twin bed. There are two additional bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one 1/2 bath. The office doubles as a 4th bedroom with a comfortable (no bar) pull-out full bed with a memory foam topper. We have renovated our home and the kitchen is next on the list. It is very functional and clean but a little outdated. Gather fresh eggs, if you wish, from our chicken coop in the backyard. We also have a cat that sleeps outside. He does not need to be cared for but does make his way inside occasionally so it could be problematic for those with pet allergies. Depending on your dates, a car and local guide may be available during your stay.
