Our home is located in an exclusive semi rural subdivision with direct access to Lake Hayes for walking, biking and swmiming. It is a modern family home with beautiful lake and mountain views. We have a large section and access to Slope Hill farm behind us. Walk to the top and be rewarded with stunning views across the Wakatipu Basin or just relax on the deck and take in the views. The house has all the modern conviences that a family ((or a group of friends) will need. This is our family home so only available in the periods indicated on our listing calendar Thank you We are only interested in NYC or California reciprocal exchanges in Dec/Jan this year. Or you can just walk down to the Lake and take a leisurely stroll to Amisfield Winery on the Lake Hayes walking track.
