Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

The house is very confortable for up to 8 adults and 2 kids. It has on large living room with fireplace and piano, next to the kitchen. It also has a large game room with a baby-foot. The garden has trees and flowers and is nice for sun bathing or eating outside.

De leukste plekjes bij ons in de buurt

The house is located at the end of the island and is close to numerous beaches. You can walk to the closest or bike to all the others. You can also walk or bike to the markets and shops in 3 little cute villages around the house (less than 5 km away). The bike paths can take you to anywhere on the island. The beautiful city of La Rochelle (with train and plane connections) is one hour away by car or bus.

The island is connected to the mainland by a beautiful toll bridge! We are looking for exchanges (simultaneous or not) in interesting cities for extended weekends or for a flat or chalet in a ski resort during the winter or spring holidays in England (we have 2 grand kids in Brighton) or a house on the sea or in the mountains during the summer for one to 3 weeks. Preferably outside of France! Look also for our nice flat in an old mansion near the Versailles Palace!... We might also consider exchanging our 10m sailboat that can host up to 6 persons (2 cabins) near Nice. It is a 2008 Hunter 33. But you need to have an experienced and certified skipper! Or stay at the harbor (Marina Baie des Anges in Villeneuve-Loubet).
