Very well-appointed 4-Bedroom/4.5-Bath Mammoth Lakes home. King, King, Queen bedrooms plus Bunkroom with 4 beds, each with its own bathroom; sleeps 10. As well, the private office (located behind the Master Bedroom) has a pullout queen sleeper with memory foam mattress that will sleep 2 more. Main floor has a fully open floor plan with vaulted ceilings connecting Kitchen, Living Room and Bonus Room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking, baking or barbecuing. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with linens and towels. The spacious 500 sqft deck on the back is equipped with a BBQ and hot tub - plenty of room to eat, drink and be merry! Advanced but easy to use AV system in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and adjoining private office, all with access to a suite of more than 300 movie titles on Plex. And for the eco-minded - a rarity in Mammoth Lakes, the entire home is fully powered by an 11.2 kW photovoltaic system, backed up by Tesla PowerWalls capable of powering the home through evenings/ nights and during power outages as well. Whole-home air conditioning with a HEPA air filtration system is available to help during those rare hot summer or fall days, or if smoke should become a problem.
Garage available, including a snow-ready SUV for your use. Garage is also equipped with a Tesla Wall Charger.

Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, minutes from one of the finest ski resorts in the U.S and 45 minutes to the eastern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Canyon Lodge is a 5 minute drive from the house or alternatively, you can walk to the bus stop around the corner and avoid driving altogether. Mammoth has also become a premier summer destination as well, known for some of the finest mountain biking and hiking in the country. We are walking distance (15 mins) to The Village, which is one of the central hubs for on-mountain activities. As well, we also provide access to our ski locker at the resort itself.

Pls note that we are Southern California residents as well, so we can’t make use of SoCal exchanges, nor do we exchange for points. Reciprocal (either simultaneous or non-simultaneous) exchanges elsewhere are always of interest.
There is no smoking of any kind, anywhere in the house or on the property.
In the interest of keeping things simple and consistent, there is a minimum 4 day stay and for all stays regardless of duration, we will have our property manager clean the house upon your departure. The cost for this runs about $200, which we will need to collect before your arrival. Should your wish to make use of the Tesla EV charger, we ask you to reimburse us for the extra electricity, as utilities are very expensive in this area.
