This 750sqft condo unit is located at the base of Chair #15, Mammoth Lakes Ski Area, an international skiing destination and member of the Ikon pass. My 2 story corner loft unit is located on a very quiet street. It has views of upper mountain and highly exclusive homes. It is Fully equipped and remodeled this year to the highest of standards. In Summer people come for its natural beauty; Nearby hiking trail with dramatic Mountain View, numerous lakes, nature hot springs and rivers for fly fishing. I welcome guest points exchange or reciprocal. I charge a $120 cleaning fee. This can be waived if you are willing to replace the linens and clean upon exit. Choice is yours. Please be aware this is my part time residence. It is undoubtedly the nicest unit in all of the Summit Condominiums of Mammoth Lakes.
