Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis

Our townhome has great views of the Sherwin mountains from the family room. Just behind the condo is a beautiful meadow with trails and streams. Very quiet at the end of cul de sac. Very large hot tub short walk away. Large play lawn with stream in back make a great spot to enjoy a few drinks on a summer day. In the winter snowshoe or build snowmen in back. Less than 8 min drive to lifts and 15 from cross country. The home has 3 bedrooms and a loft. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds. Although it has beds for 9 we generally limit to 6 people. No smoking is allowed in house or on deck. No pets. We are also very respectful and clean guests in the home we exchange with. We have all "5" star ratings from both guests and hosts. Our townhome is less than 8 min from ski lifts. Mammoth mountain is a world class ski resort with skiing starting mid Nov through May most years. June Mountain Skiing is 30 min away. Tamarack Cross Country skiing 15 min away. Hiking paths right from back of condo. In the Summer and Fall there are amazing hikes in the eastern Sierra within a short drive in all directions. Lakes for fishing, kayaking and standup paddle boarding. Great bike paths throughout the town and up around twin lakes and lake Mary. Horseback riding, bowling, moving theaters, ice skating and numerous other activities. Natural hot springs 20min drive. Yosemite east gate is only 45 min away just past Mono Lake. Bodie, old western mining town, just 1 hour away.

Aanvullende informatie

We have a 7 night minimum for guest points at this time. We also do not allow pets. The condo has a loft but I do not count that as a bedroom. If we did, we would have more points per night. We do not have a cleaning fee but we do expect the condo to be left as clean as when you arrive except for laundry of sheets and towels. We will wash and make beds. We do ask that guests arrive to the townhome prior to 9pm on day of arrival to make sure you have no issues getting into the home. Mammoth is a great outdoor adventure town all year long. Rentals for all your adventures are available in town to include bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, skis and float tubes.
