This is a quiet restful place to enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, surfing, kayaking, hiking and relaxing. The house is casual with lots of contemporary art and artifacts collected on our many adventures. The custom windows let the "outdoors" in. The forest all around and the river below can be seen from almost every room in the house. There is a lot of open space including the kitchen/dining which is open to the living area.

The Mendocino coast is one of the most spectacular places on the west coast of the United States. The rugged coastline and accessible beaches along with the redwood forest that claims some of the tallest trees in the world make this an ideal place for a vacation if you like natural beauty. Mendocino is also home to an unusually talented community of artists both in visual as well as performing arts. You will find local cultural events in abundance as well as world class restaurants and an increasingly well known "Green" Wine Region.
