Our summer apartment for exchange is located in a little town Preko on the island Ugljan, right across Zadar, in the middle of beautiful Adriatic coast. Ideal for relaxing or active holiday if you wish so (swimming, hiking, renting bikes, surf boards, kayak, etc.) and there is more cultural offer and nightlife in Zadar, just a 20 min ferry ride. Apartment can accommodate 5 persons and is fully equiped (apart from the washing maschines). It has: - 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds - an additional bed that can be put in a living room - spacious and bright living room with TV and a small kitchen - large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat or just chill - airconditioning - parking space. The apartment is available from the beginning of September 2022 onwards, and is ideal to stay during warmer months, so then again from May/June 2023 onwards! Come and enjoy Mediterranean sights, smells and sounds, relaxing body and soul :)

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with homes and vacation homes around. If you wish a more lively nightlife, you can go to Zadar (20 min ferry ride, but ferries do not sail from 12am until 5 am). This is a typical Adriatic small town atmosphere, where you can explore narrow streets and little bays along the seaside. There is a lovely small island Galovac which you can reach by boat or even swimming, full of agavas, pines and serenety.

Dodatne informacije

There is a staircase to the front door of the apartment, so it is unfortunately not quite suitable for persons with disabilities in movement (wheelchair). Also, please note that the house is situated on a little hill, so to reach the house from the seaside there is around 100 m uphill/downhill walk.
