The apartment with his beautiful sea view balcony (one seaside bedroom with bathroom + separate kitchen with toilet) is situated near the 5 stars hotel Ambasador, only few minutes from the famous promenade of Opatija (Lungomare) and kids beach Tomasevac (blue flag) - near shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, park with exotic flora, open air theatre, beauty and wellness centers. It is ideal for 2-3 persons or for little family with kids (we have extra two kids beds).
Possibility of parking and garden grill (on request).
During the summer season we also rent it so it's not available for exchange in July and August. For the remaining periods we are open to home exchange which can be non simultaneous.
This is our second house.
L'appartamento, con il suo bellissimo balcone vista mare, (una camera con due letti e bagno + cucina separata con WC) si trova nelle vicinanze dell’albergo Ambasador di Abbazia. Dista a pochi metri dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia per i bambini Tomasevac (bandiera blu). Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti, parco botanico con flora eccezionale ed esotica, teatro all’aperto, campi da tennis, beauty center e wellness.
L’appartamento e ideale per 2-3 persone o per piccole famiglie con i bambini (abbiamo 2 lettini a disposizione).
Abbiamo giardino con grill (su richiesta) e possiamo assicurare il parcheggio gratuito.
L'appartamento si puo' anche affittare, in particolare durante la staggione estiva (luglio e agosto), per il resto dell'anno siamo disponibili per lo scambio che non deve essere simultaneo.
Questa e' la nostra seconda casa.

Opatija is located in the Bay of Kvarner (45o 20') beneath Mount Učka (1.401 m high) at the point where the Mediterranean reaches most deeply into the European continent. Climate – a moderate Mediterranean climate with mild winters and pleasant summers. Continuous circulation of air and sea aerosol. The average air temperature in summer is 21.9 oC, and in winter 7 oC. The sea temperature in summer goes up to 26° C. The area averages 2,000 hours of sunshine a year.

Abbazia è situata nella baia del Quarnero (45° 20’), ai piedi del Monte Maggiore (1.401 m), la dove il Mare Mediterraneo si insinua più profondamente nella costa dell'Europa centrale. Protetta dai venti grazie alle isole e al Monte Maggiore, la citta è facilmente raggiungibile durante tutto il corso dell'anno.
