PARADISE FARM is the house of 250 square meters, with 5 rooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and three large terraces, 8x4m pool and the garden. Well located, close to major European destinations e.g. Venice 2,5 hours, suitable for families with kids and groups of friends. Recently constructed, furnished, with instruments (piano), private painting collection and huge library in four languages. Spacious, calm and well organized at three levels that can also function as separate living areas. The car could be available, too. The additional benefit - a salling boat for daily trips or even cruising excursions with skipper. EXCHANGES POSSIBLE FROM SEPTEMBER TO JUNE EVERY YEAR (summer high season, July to beginning of September, - rent only).

Jadranovo is a small fishermen' village of 1000 inhabitants. Very calm, in a bay just opposite to the historic island of Krk, 20 min. by car from the port city of Rijeka and the airport. There are three national parks close to the village, a long sand beach just minutes away from the house. The nearby city of Crikvenica (5km) is considered to be the pearl of tourism ad the Adriatic with features typical for this type of destinations (amusement parks, restaurants, hotels, spas, discotheques etc.) The house itself is in a dead end street, absolute calm, total privacy for rest or work, as you wish. The house is rented throughout summer, but available for swap from September to July. The car exchange possible available upon request, too. Daily trips or longer excursions with the sailing boat (additionbal cost). Reliable and responsible owners, a lawyer and a diplomat.
