What you will love about this home
Gorgeous Mountain View’s on Meadow Hills Golf course,. Fish pond and outdoor patios, with walking access to Cherry Creek State Park offering backyard Wildlife and recreation. Easy access to Airport, Denver and hiking and skiing/outdoor activity in the Rocky Mountains. We are a train ride from Denver or a 20 minute drive And easy access to the airport with key pad entry or a personal greeting.
The house is three floors of sunshine overlooking and directly on Meadow Hills Golf course. We see wildlife everyday from the wide open breakfast living area complete with fireplace. The breakfast area looks through to a cozy club room/music room, and another living room area. Their is a half bath and laundry room on this floor as well. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms-a main room with with en suite, a single bedroom with a trundle and a double bed with a bathroom in the hall. Downstairs is a relaxing family room with a bar set up, two more bedrooms and a full bath. The outside has plenty of deck furniture and barbecue area with open views and a Koi pond, have fun watching as they gobble fish food in spring and summer. In winter, the golf course offers picturesque winter views and bird watching as well. April flowers bloom while wildlife entertains in our gorgeous backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, though close to what the city has to offer. There are plenty of restaurant choices and rest and relaxation. You can head over to the amazing neighborhood pool for a dip in summer, only two minutes away.

Quiet friendly neighborhood, peaceful backyard in and exciting community. Pool (public) and recreation center. Many restaurants, grocers, library. State Park. Views everywhere. Wildlife exploring and dog parks within 2 minutes as well as out our back door.
