Si trova in una zona residenziale con vicino ristoranti, pizzerie, lidi, spiaggia attrezzata, lungomare dove per tutto il periodo estivo si organizzano eventi di musica, spettacoli, balli e cinema all'aperto. Nel periodo invernale essa diventa un rifugio tranquillo dove trascorrere qualche giorno in completo relax. Il clima mite permette di fare qualche passeggiata in riva al mare e gustare cioccolata calda o tè o tisane accompagnati dalla pasticceria tipica modicana.
