The Madrid apartment is completely renovated in September 2016. It situated on the ground floor and has 2,5 m high ceilings. Three bedrooms. The first has a king size bed 164m/2m, working desk аnd an useful wardrobe at disposal. The second bedroom has four single beds, working desk and wardrobe at disposal. The third has double bed and single bed. All of them are with its own keys. All the major things needed for our guests for their stay - separate bathroom and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for 9 Adults plus a Child/infant on portable bed. There is an air condition, interactive TV /TV GO/ and fast Wi-Fi. The Kitchen area is 20 sq.m. Highlights: - Close subway connection with the airport - Minutes walk to subway station Sofia University Kliment Ohridski and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral - Easy walk to main spots in Sofia - Minutes walk to the Serdika Mall, Saturday market, Musical Academy and many more! - High speed Wi-Fi - Refrigerator - Very comfortable mattress, quality bed linen and towels - Iron and ironing table - Welcome pack - bottle of water, coffee, tea and a bottle of local wine available on request - Personal parking garage available on request - Countless restaurants and bars within a minute walking.
