good_feature_description

Very convenient for a family to visit Paris with lots of space, quiet, 3 rooms, huge living room and very big balcon for staying outside in the sunshine. The appartment is over a parc with a small river and where the kids can play or lay in the grass for a picnic.

good_place_description

It is inside Paris close to undergound facilities so not far from areas to visit. Our area is not touristic and does not have the parisien style because it is 80ies buildings. But it very quiet out of the main streets with the parc for the kids to rest on the grass. There is a good bakery next door and a grocery 2mn walk.
