What you will love about this home
The house, 2 BD, 2Bath, 2car garage, is in a small neighborhood with paved streets. Just six miles from Moument & all services you'd want. Very quite, large deck, wildlife (Birds, squirrels, deer visit often and the local cotten tail)! Snow in the winter & warm--not hot in the summer.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The fishing is great on the small lakes, near by or you can try the Gold Medal Arkansa River (1 1/2 hr) for trout. Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, CO., two and half hours just west. Pikes Peak is minutes away along with the 5 Star Broadmoor, 7 Falls, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods and of course "Santa's Workshop." But, it's very quite and you can enjoy the peace.
