What you will love about this home

Our home is in a very upscale, peaceful neighborhood. We have a 16’ by 8’ swim spa heated to 99 degrees year round, and full solar electric with Tesla power walls. We have a beautiful backyard garden with a large outdoor living area and deck. Inside, our couch and easy chairs are leather, and we have a big screen tv with surround sound. Our house is automated with Alexa, so the lights are computer controlled. We love to kick back and watch TV series on Netflix, showtime, HBO, CBS, Amazon Video, Gaia, Amazon Video, and Apple TV. Our TV is 60” with surround sound. We also have a beautiful vegetable garden with fresh chard, spinach, romaine lettuce, and broccoli in season. We have a beautiful deck and a big umbrella to sit under when its sunny. The deck overlooks the town of San Luis Obispo. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the street has big trees and lots of privacy... yet we are only minutes from downtown.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet. We live on a cul-de-sac, with upscale homes on all sides of the street for many blocks. Our street is on a hill that overlooks San Luis Obispo, and the 7 Sisters Mountain range that marks the valley from Morro Bay to San Luis Obispo airport.

We have a Toyota RAV4 available for use of our guests, as long as they have auto insurance. We have high speed internet and a desktop apple computer for guest use.
