What you will love about this home

Wir leben in einem Reihenmittelhaus am Stadtrand. Es ist ein Neubau. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie eine Gästetoilette. Im 1. OG sind die Kinderzimmer untergebracht sowie ein Badezimmer. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich unser Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und ruhig. Es gibt kleine Kinder und Senioren. Wir helfen einander. Im Haus gibt es viele Pflanzen, die einmal die Woche gegossen werden müssen. Außerdem lebt hier eine Katze, die jeden Tag etwas zu fressen haben möchte. Parken vor dem Haus ist immer möglich. Wir haben auch einen Freizeitgarten, er liegt ca. 2 km entfernt von der Wohnung. Bei Interesse kann dieser mitbenutzt werden.

Unsere Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand, neben einem großen Park mit vielen Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten (Bouldern, Schwimmbad, Einkaufen). In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte (Aldi, real, Media Markt, MC Donalds, Tankstelle, Bäckerei...) und S-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig, es gibt keine Bars etc. in der Nachbarschaft. Das bekannteste Museum der Stadt (ZKM) ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
