What you will love about this home

Our home is a colorful bi-level house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The guest room and guest bathroom is downstairs along with a kitchenette and the family room - this is where we usually hang out in evening watching Netflix/HBO while cuddling with our 2 orange tabbies. The upper level has the main kitchen - fully stocked - and the rest of the bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The house is south facing so it gets plenty of natural light. We love having our coffee in the front room, watching birds and squirrels scampering up/down our crabcherry tree through the beautiful bay window. Painting/souvenirs from our travels and house plants add a lot of color to the house. We have a backyard deck with a BBQ grill facing the vast lawn and a veggie garden.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our neighborhood is very quiet and residential. It's about 40 mins to Denver airport and 20 mins to Denver downtown. Our favorite ski resort - Loveland Basin - is only an hour away. There are plenty of neighborhood parks around with easy access to Denver's amazing bike trail system.

There will be 2 friendly cats to care for. Hobbes is gregarious and loves to cuddle. Harrison is more reserved to strangers. They both love to watch what you do and hang out where you are. They have an automatic feeder for their dry food, and are fed canned food 2x day.
