What you will love about this home

2,300 sq. ft., two-story condo with private deck overlooking Lake Maxinkuckee. Fully remodeled with every convenience of home. Breathtaking lake view makes sunrise a special event. Condo is located at The Culver Cove with access to two private beaches, indoor pool, and hot tub. Easy walk to all restaurants, downtown, and town park. Great open floor plan for entertaining. Paddle boards, life vests, sand toys, etc. for your use. Boats can be rented from the Culver Marina, and a guest slip may be rented for $50/night.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Culver, Indiana is a great little lake town an hour south of South Bend, 2 hours north of Indianapolis, 2.5 hours from Chicago, and home to a private, secondary boarding school, Culver Academies. My condo is on the second and third floors at the very end of the building. Neighbors below on the first floor are a very sweet, older couple who live there full-time. Within walking distance to everything in town. Our favorite thing to do is park the car and not get in it until we leave a week later! This really is our second home. The kids have grown up coming here, and it has every creature comfort. If you forgot to pack something, just dig around, and you can probably find what you’re missing. There is a $140 cleaning fee that goes straight to the cleaning lady. If we are doing a reciprocal stay, we will just call it even.
