What you will love about this home

The upstairs of our home will be your own private space. Two bedrooms to choose from and a private bathroom. Enjoy the amenities of our home (kitchen, living room, etc) and when the weather is good take full advantage of the outdoor space (patio and fire pit). Our sweet golden retrievers will be excited to welcome you! We will be around for anything you may need, and our home is just a short drive to ND or downtown South Bend.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in the Northwest Neighborhood of South Bend. It is just a short walk to the riverside trail, and the bus stop is 3 houses down from us. We are less than a 10 minute drive to either Notre Dame or Downtown South Bend and 5 minutes from the Toll Road.
