Described as the best view in town. This hillside apartment offers 180 degree panoramic lake and mountain views so close you can hear the swans and birdlife on the water. Located in a private and quiet residential street with private access and parking space. It's quiet and peaceful. The private terrace and garden overlook the lake and the mountain known as "Rocca Romana". The "terrazza" faces west while the century-old olive trees give shade and that typical Mediterranean feeling of the Italian countryside. This elegant apartment on one level, has a central living room open to the outside terrace with 2 separate bedrooms/bathrooms. The modern kitchen will help you create your own carbonara, matriciana and other delights. The living area is generally cool in summer while the heating is autonomous to give the best possible comfort in the winter months.

What you will love about this neighborhood

You are literally a 3-minute walk from the town center and the historic streets of Trevignano. This pre-Roman and pre-Etruscan city is full of ancient references (see the municipal historical museum as well as the Italian national museums) dating back over 6000 years. The center is a lively mix of restaurants, bars, cinemas and other cultural attractions. In the summer months, the town dresses up with musical and theatrical events in collaboration with the other towns surrounding Lake Bracciano. Lake Bracciano is a round (10km diameter) freshwater crystal-clear lake, volcanic in origin and creates a unique regional park, known for sailing, shoreline beaches, swimming and other non-motorised water sports. The Bracciano Regional Park (https://www.parcobracciano.it/en/) covers 2 lakes (Bracciano and Martignano) and the surrounding hinterland offering a natural and protected , historical, cultural, rich flora and fauna healthy lifestyle. Ideal lake shores and beaches cater to the multinational makeup of locals and visitors. For an impeccable experience, look out for Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) beaches, certified yearly for their clean and safe waters. Travelling more north there are many unique destinations offering beaches and island experiences. Evan though most attractions are within walking distance, it is recommended that you hire a car from the airport upon your arrival.
