Se trata de una vivienda céntrica, muy bien situada, ya que está cerca de toda la parte antigua de la ciudad, y con todos los medios de transporte a mano para ir a cualquier parte, tanto la parte nueva como la estupenda playa de valencia . Acogedor hogar para poder descansar después de días de turismos por la ciudad. Tenemos en casa una grúa por si algunos de las personas tiene movilidad reducida.

Rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterías. Se encuentra a 100 metros de la plaza del ayuntamiento, teniendo acceso a todos los medios de transporte, que pasan por el centro. Nada más bajar a la calle hay tres supermercados. Perfecta ubicación para hacer turismo por la ciudad, y bien comunicado para acceder a las playas de valencia. A menos de un minuto hay un parking público.
