What you will love about this neighborhood

We are located in the heart of Kitsilano Vancouver. Kitsilano, or Kits for short, is a popular and very trendy part of Vancouver that’s home to one of the city’s best beaches and places to walk and cycle. Our home is a 2-minute walk to Granville Island, a 4-minute walk to Kitsilano Beach. A 10-Minute walk into downtown and everything Vancouver has to offer. The Kitsilano neighbourhood is home to the annual Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival in the summer just down the way at Vanier Park. Also in the area are the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, Vancouver Maritime Museum and Museum of Vancouver. As well, the Kitsilano region is home to several stunning beaches, and the Kitsilano Farmers Market in the summer. You can ride your bicycle, walk or jog from Kitsilano Beach along the waterfront all the way to Granville Island, Science World and even to downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park, although the entire route is quite a ways. Vancouver is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and cosmopolitan adventurers alike! Framed by the Pacific Ocean and Coast Mountains, Vancouver’s meandering ocean side pathways are the perfect way to explore the city. Close to 30 kilometres of uninterrupted waterfront path surround Vancouver’s favourite neighbourhoods, including the seawall around Stanley Park. AND... our door opens right up onto the seawall :)
