è un appartamento grande e molto confortevole: recentemente ristrutturato, è tutto in parquet e pietra. Ha due piani: al pian terreno c'è un'ampia zona giorno composta da soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e bagno completo. Al secondo piano ci sono: lo studio, le camere, un altro salottino e una grande terrazza a tasca molto poetica. L'appartamento è in un palazzo dei primi del Novecento, molto ben tenuto.

Il quartiere è campo di Marte: si raggiunge il centro storico di Firenze in venti minuti a piedi (10 minuti di autobus: la fermata è proprio di fronte a casa). è una zona molto verde, con parchi e impianti sportivi e molto comoda per la vita quotidiana (ci sono supermercati, farmacie e negozi di tutti i tipi).
