Es una casa grande, espaciosa, luminosa y cómoda. Tiene amplios comedor y cocina, cuatro habitaciones (una doble y tres individuales), dos baños completos y dos terrazas. La comunidad tiene una piscina y un pequeño parque infantil para los más pequeños.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Vivo en Valencia, en una zona relativamente nueva, con amplias avenidas donde se puede encontrar de todo: cafeterías, restaurantes, hornos, supermercados, centros comerciales.... A tan sólo cinco minutos caminando de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, situada en el antiguo cauce del río Turia (un enorme jardín donde dar largos paseos, ir en bici...) Muy bien comunicado con transporte público con el centro de la ciudad (autobús línea 19 en la puerta de casa), aunque desde la vivienda se puede ir caminando a cualquier punto de la misma.
