Please ONLY the USA! I can’t go outside the US at the moment so I’m interested to California and Florida only!
This is the new tall luxury building in the heart of Jersey City. There are gym, rooftop, 2 floors of co-working spaces, dog park, 24/7 concierge and huge beautiful lobby. Also there are 4 elevators. You can find everything you need for your comfort: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, kettle and coffee maker. There are two full size beds, one in the bedroom and the second one in the living room area. Also you can find two small tables and chairs for your convenience. Two closets in the apartment, from ceilings to floor windows and AC/heat in each area
Please note that this is our main home and we love our apartment very much, so be careful and respectful. In addition, this is a 1bdr apartment, so we prefer no more than 3 people, without small children and animals. One bed is in the room and the other in the living room, because my best friend Kate and I live in this apartment together but use it as a two bedroom
Please no parties and no smoking cigarettes/weed (I’ll 100% know if you break the rules). Also we’re talking $120 cleaning fee
We are looking for exchange only to California, Florida or Hawaii.

Tons of cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores around the building, just 5 min from the subway and 12 min from embankment with the most beautiful view of Manhattan. Clean, quiet and safe area, nice neighbors. There are few public parking areas around the building
