We moved into our 1960s house 4 years ago and have completely upgraded it to suit modern living standards. It is now an A energy rated 5 bedroom detached home which benefits from a south westerly orientation as well as a quiet residential setting. The house provides a spacious accommodation over 3 levels. It is within easy walk to Monkstown and Blackrock villages via the convenient pedestrian walkways. We have 3 young kids so the house is perfectly equipped for hosting young families, it has a full playroom, outdoor toys as well as a trampoline. We have all the baby equipment necessary changing tables, sterilisers, etc.

Blackrock is widely regarded as South Dublin premier address boasts a wealth of amenities including a wide selection of local shopping centres, restaurants and bars. Public transport is extremely well catered for with multiple bus routes as well as a convenient train route into the Dublin City centre. Dublin is a big Ryanair hub which is a number 1 cheap flight provider in Europe. You can catch daily flights to pretty much all European destinations from Dublin.
