It has been recently renovated and it is split on two levels: downstairs you will find a living room with a sofa bed, dining table, a bathroom and a kitchen leading to a small balcony overlooking the building's courtyard, where you can linger in the mornings while you drink your first coffee. The sleeping and studio area is on the upper level ensuring privacy for work and a great night's sleep. There is one double bed, a futon and a desk, connected to the ground floor with handrail-free stairs.
